Our client is a top tier professional services firm with offices based in Dublin City Centre. Due to a continued growth trajectory, they are seeking an experienced M&A Senior Manager/Director for a permanent role on their renewable energy team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the firms overall M&A strategy and facilitate deal planning.
- Leverage deep sector expertise to identify and pursue new opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
- Support deal execution on both buy and sell sides.
- Manage transactions from inception to completion, coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maximise value for clients.
Requirements:
- ACCA/ACCA/CFA Qualified
- Experience either advising clients on M&A strategy and deal planning or leading the execution of M&A transactions.
- Good working knowledge of the renewable space
- Strong financial modelling experience
- Management experience
