Darragh manages the Funds and Asset Management desk at Azon Recruitment leading a team of expert recruiters who recruit across roles within Fintech, Financial Services and Funds & Asset Management. Darragh recruits senior roles for Investment firms, Mancos, Fund Service Providers, Brokers and Investment Banks. Darragh delivers a high touch service to both candidates and clients, to see exactly where they can become a value add. This ensures long lasting collaborative relationships. Darragh has a strong client and candidate network in the Dublin market, ensuring success on his assignments. Darragh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from University of Limerick. Outside of work, Darragh is a big supporter of Arsenal and plays Gaelic football.

Jordan is a Senior Consultant within the Funds & Asset Management team at Azon. He specializes in mid-senior appointments across the Fund Administration, ManCo and Investment Management space. Previously, Jordan worked with Goodbody Stockbrokers which allowed him to get a taste for the industry he currently recruits for. Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree from DCU and a MSc in Management Consultancy from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School. In his spare time, Jordan can be seen reading fiction crime books, supporting his favourite sports team Arsenal FC and hitting weights at the gym.

Justin specialises in Financial Services within Azon. Earlier in his career, Justin gained 18 months experience with State Street as a Custody Specialist during his Bachelors Degree in Business/Commerce at Waterford Institute of Technology where he was a Dean’s List Award recipient. In addition, Justin gained strong relationship management experience in hospitality at Kilkea Castle Hotel & Resort where he worked for 4-years.
