He holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Trinity College Dublin. He is a Proficiency Gold Medal Awardee for academic excellence and a Trinity Business School Scholar. Varun likes sketching and singing in his spare time. He is a trained Carnatic classical singer.

Natalia is an IT recruitment consultant, specialising in software development and IT infrastructure. She graduated from TU Dublin with a BSc in International Hospitality Management. She is from Poland and is fluent in Polish which is a great advantage when it comes to speaking with candidates and clients from Poland.

Stephen currently works as a Principal Recruitment in Azon in our Technology Recruitment team, where he leads the Contracting division. We cover all areas within the IT space with a team of dedicated experts. He has a wide range of experience and knowledge in IT & Tech recruitment, having worked in Tech recruitment for over 6 years. Prior to 2012 he was a professional cyclist based in Belgium for 13 years, representing Ireland & his team at a high level across Europe & Asia.

Niamh Tahhan is a Recruitment Consultant on Azon’s IT team. She graduated from BBs (Hons) in Business Studies with Event Management from Technological University of the Shannon: Midlands Midwest. She helps connect the top Tech talent with Ireland’s most reputable firms and enterprises. She does this by attracting the best talent with her demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry.

Jurate Vasiliauskaite
Compliance & Recruitment Administrator - Technology
Jurate currently works as a Compliance & Recruitment Administrator at Azon. She looks after all the administration needs for Azon Contractors within multiple desks in the company, especially the IT placements. She is the first point of contact for all Azon contractors, allowing them to focus on important things, such as providing quality services to our clients. In her spare time Jurate loves all things sports and you can find her at the gym, running or hiking.
