Emma is the Manager of the Science and Engineering team that specialises in all areas of recruitment for the Life Science sector. Emma holds a MSc. in Regenerative Medicine from National University of Ireland, Galway and a BSc. in Genetics & Cell Biology from Dublin City University. Emma has 4 years’ lab sales experience within the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device sectors across Ireland along with 6 years’ recruitment experience in the sector.

Amara, based in our Dublin office is a Senior Recruitment Consultant and specializes in QC, R&D and technical based roles. Amara obtained a BSc. in Biology and Applied Mathematics at Maynooth University. Following her studies, Amara gained invaluable laboratory experience through her roles as a Laboratory Technician and Deputy Team Lead of a Molecular Biology Department. From here, Amara moved into recruitment of laboratory based roles and can offer permanent, contract and temporary recruitment solutions.

Lisa, based in our Dublin office is a Senior Recruitment Consultant and specialises in all things Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. She holds a BSc in Nutraceuticals in Health and Nutrition from Technological University Dublin. Lisa has experience as a Medical Laboratory Aide and Medical Laboratory Technician. From here, Lisa moved into recruitment where she focuses on Quality and Regulatory based roles for the Pharma/Biopharma and Medical Device industries.

Laura, based in our Limerick office is a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Supply Chain and Procurement. She holds a BA in Media and Public Relations and has excellent recruitment experience working across multiple disciplines and industries. Her experience ranges from working with large multinational corporations to small start-ups, offering clients a consultative, structured, and personalised approach. Laura specialises in all aspects of Supply Chain and Procurement throughout the country.

Fergal, based in our Dublin office is a Recruitment Consultant and specializes in Engineering-based roles. Fergal obtained a BSc. in Psychology followed by an MSc in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Limerick. Following his studies, Fergal travelled for 2 years where he gained invaluable international experience. Upon his return, he began working as an Organizational Psychology Consultant with Aon working primarily with psychometric assessments used for recruitment and development. From there, Fergal has moved into recruitment of Engineering roles and can offer permanent, contract and temporary recruitment solutions for the Pharma/Biopharma and Medical Devices industries.
