As a Legal Executive specializing in family law, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our solicitors and clients. Whilst experience within family law is an advantage, it is not essential, but you should have relevant legal experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting solicitors with case preparation and management
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Liaising with clients, courts, and other legal professionals
• Attending client meetings and court hearings
• Providing support and guidance to clients throughout the legal process
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files

Requirements:

• An understanding of family law procedures and legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
