Overall Purpose of the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Chartered Valuations Surveyor to join their expanding Valuation & Advisory team. This presents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious surveyor aiming to advance their career within a dynamic team setting. Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Undertaking valuation engagements, negotiations, and inspections for various types of commercial property and land.
• Handling Landlord & Tenant matters and associated areas such as rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations.
• Providing clients with thorough and meticulously developed valuations and reports.
• Independently carrying out valuations to the utmost professional standards or providing assistance when required.
• Participating in the regular review of team processes and procedures.
• Sharing knowledge within the team and across the wider group.

Key Requirements:

• Registered Valuer with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Qualified as MRICS / MSCSI.
• Demonstrating professionalism alongside excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Essential proficiency in both written and verbal communication, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Possessing strong time management and organisational capabilities to effectively handle multiple priorities.
• A team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise software.
