Manufacturing Engineer:
The Client:
Azon is delighted to be partnered with a global supplier of tooling for aerospace, automotive, energy, medical and general industries. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experts in the field under ISO9001.
The Role:
- Support engineering and manufacturing through the continuous development, control and improvement of manufacturing processes
- Responsible for the development and introduction of new products / processes within budgets and timelines.
- Creation and updating of Documentation, Work Instructions and Procedures.
- Support installation, commission and of Products, Processes and Equipment.
- Liaise regularly with vendors and contractors.
The Person:
- Minimum Degree level qualification in an Engineering or Science discipline
- 3+ years experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role in medical devices, automotive, tooling or aerospace environment.
- Experience leading Product and Process Transfers.
- Working knowledge of CNC Machine Tools.
- Ability to produce specifications for design, development, manufacture and installation of new or modified mechanical components or systems.
