Our client is a top tier, multinational law firm located in Dublin City Centre. Due to continued growth, they have an opening for a Tax Associate to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified tax professional to move into a pure tax planning role, offering excellent opportunities for progression.
- Advising on intricate deals within M&A/corporate finance.
- Advising on transaction structures and strategies alongside the corporate, capital markets, and investment funds teams.
- Structuring real estate acquisitions and sales with the real estate division.
- Assisting clients through tax disputes and investigations alongside the litigation practice.
- Offering specialised tax advice to Ireland’s foremost publicly traded and privately held large corporate entities on sensitive tax issues and long-term strategies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA)
- 0-2 years PQE within a law firm or Big 4 advisory firm
- Strong exposure to corporation tax and/or financial services
- Excellent communication skills
