Azon are thrilled to be partnered with an internationally renowned pharmaceutical company in North Dublin for the recruitment of a Supply Chain Senior Manager in Project Management and Process Improvement. The successful candidate will lead a team focused on optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing customer interactions. Key responsibilities include project management, process improvement, and fostering a culture of innovation within the team.

About the role:
* Lead a team of Regional Operations Specialists to ensure efficient flow through the supply chain while meeting customer needs.
* Manage day-to-day activities within customer service operations, providing support as needed for transactional execution.
* Cultivate a culture of innovation, engagement, and empowerment within the team.
* Drive improvement projects to streamline processes and embed lasting change in global supply chain operations.
* Identify opportunities to automate team activities and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide guidance and act as a point of escalation for complex issues within the team.

About the person:
* Previous experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of team management.
* Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where change is embraced as an opportunity.
* 3+ years of project management experience, with knowledge of best practices and methodologies.
* Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably with a working knowledge of SAP.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix environment.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required; additional languages are advantageous.
