Senior Plant Administrator

Azon Recruitment Group are partnered with their client, a successful and well established Civil and Infrastructure Construction company who operate in Ireland, The UK and Canada. Together we are hiring across the board for many of their divisions.

We are currently seeking a Senior Plant Administrator to join their Plant and Fleet team.

Job Role:
Responsible for maintaining vehicle records for the BIK file.
Assist in managing maintenance documentation for vehicles and Plant.
Generate Purchase orders and handle supplier orders/queries.
Perform general office tasks, including filing, completing Excel sheets, and preparing plant reports.
Sort through a large volume of emails and distribute them to the appropriate party/department.
Utilise our internal plant system to run/print reports for various projects/departments.
Adjust purchase orders to align with invoices, ensuring correct project allocation for approval.
Receive dockets/invoices for goods received in the plant department.
Submit internal requests to external companies to cover items not available internally.
Offer support and cover to team members as needed.
Assist in various administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable role.
Experience in, but not limited to, Purchasing Department, Accounts Payable, Plant Hire.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Adept at working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting.
Exceptional organisational skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Highly developed sense of urgency with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Must be a motivated, professional, and enthusiastic individual.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
