Project Manager (Consultancy) - Cork

My client is a leading Construction consultancy who offer a range of services ranging from client-side end to end project delivery, specialist consultancy services, project controls and cost management. Due to their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Co Cork.

Duties:

• Provide Leadership in motivating and inspiring individuals and organisations to work constructively towards attainment of the client’s business objectives.
• Working with Key Stakeholders to achieve desired project outcomes and benefits.
• Ensure highly effective communications are established early on the project and are supportive in achieving positive project outcomes.
• Ensure that the project is moving toward the accomplishment of its objectives and the attainment of its expected benefits in a predictable and measured way.
• Establish and foster effective team culture and behaviours
• Address poor behaviours that prohibit effective project performance by the team.
• Forge alliances with other organisations internal and external to facilitate project success.
• Accountability and Taking Initiative
• Organised and Structured Approach
• Commitment to exceeding client expectations

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Project Management
• Relevant Level 8 qualification
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent IT Skills
