Finance Business Partner

Our client is an Irish Plc and they are looking to hire a Finance Business Partner to join their professional team. The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing financial advice and support to non-financial managers, analysing actual financial information as well as reporting forecasts and budgets for costs relating to the central functions.

Responsibilities

• Investigating the financial impact of new initiatives, efficiency measures and growth strategies.
• Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly packs
• Monitoring and evaluation of actual performance against agreed targets.
• Preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse and translate data into key strategic inputs and insights to drive decision making

The Candidate

• Qualified Accountant
• 2+ years post qualification experience
• Ideally coming from a large organisation
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Collaborative approach to dealing with stakeholders
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
