Capital Projects Manager

As a leading provider in pre cooked meat, they are committed to delivering exceptional solutions to their customers. With a focus on growth and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Capital Project Manager to lead and enhance their operations team.

Location: Tipperary -Fully On site

The chosen candidate will manage Capital Projects, playing a crucial role in the team. This role will report into the CEO. Responsibilities include installing new Mechanical Plant, managing Electrical Infrastructure, handling Equipment, refurbishing existing facilities, and implementing strategic projects.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the planning, safe execution, and delivery of capital projects on site.
• Develop comprehensive project plans. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Define objectives and requirements with stakeholders.Provide regular project updates.
• Participating in annual project forecasting meetings and participate in the ongoing development of the capital improvement plan for the site.
• Closely manage the departmental budget and capital projects budget – driving cost out and increasing effectiveness.
• Demonstrates effective change leadership.

Requirements:

• Have 3-5 years managerial experience.
• Qualified Electrician.
• Experience in successfully delivering Capital Projects, ideally within Food Production.
