Terms & Conditions: Azon’s Candidate Referral Scheme

For the purpose of the following Terms and Conditions, the following applies:
– Referrer – the person referring their friend/contact.
– Referee – the person being referred to Azon.
- The Referrer can provide an unlimited number of referrals – but must have obtained prior permission from each Referee to do so.
- By ticking the box stating that the Referee has granted permission for their data to be shared with us, the Referrer indemnifies Azon Recruitment Group for any claim that arises from the Referrer’s failure to gain consent from the Referee.
- Details received will only count as an active referral if the candidate is not already on Azon Recruitment Group’s internal candidate system. This candidate system incorporates all 4 of Azon Recruitment Group’s brands, including Azon, AES International, Azon Capital Markets and Azon Digital.
- For Permanent roles, Fixed Term Contracts and Temps the following offer applies: Referrers will be eligible for a €250 One4All voucher once the Referee has been successfully placed in a role and has completed 13 weeks there.
- For Contractor roles the following offer applies: the candidate must be on a minimum of a 3 month contract. Referrers will be eligible for €250 One4All voucher once the Referee has completed the contract. For contracts of longer than 3 months, Referrers will receive the voucher once the 4th month of the Referees contract has begun.
- These vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Only referrals submitted online through the form available on azon.dev.perpetualdigital.ie will count toward this referral scheme. Verbal referrals, telephone referrals or referrals by any other means will not be eligible for this scheme.
- It is the responsibility of the Referrer to contact Azon Recruitment Group in order to obtain their voucher after the specified time has passed.
- Azon Recruitment Group is not responsible if a voucher is misplaced, stolen or used incorrectly. All vouchers will be sent to Referrers using the details submitted via the form on azon.dev.perpetualdigital.ie.
- This scheme is effective from Q1, 2019 and Azon Recruitment Group reserves the right to amend or terminate this scheme at any time without prior notice.
