VP of Marketing - B2B SaaS

Our client is recruiting for a data minded VP of Marketing to join there team. They are a fast growing B2B SaaS company and really going places. Its a great time to get onboard! What you will be doing;

• Craft and execute marketing strategies to meet business goals and sales targets.
• Lead and inspire the marketing team, encouraging innovation and teamwork.
• Tailor marketing approaches for different customer segments.
• Drive lead generation and nurture leads for the sales team.
• Develop impactful campaigns to establish our client as an industry leader.
• Work with design teams to create engaging content.
• Produce sales materials to attract target customers.
• Deepen product understanding to capitalise on revenue opportunities.
• Foster creative brainstorming for brand and growth initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications.
• Collaborate with product experts to align marketing with market needs.
• Stay informed about market trends to guide decision-making.
• Optimise marketing budget allocation for maximum ROI.
• Analyse performance metrics to enhance campaign effectiveness.

What they are looking for;

• 7+ years in a a B2B marketing department.
• Experienced in SaaS B2B and ideally experience within funds.
• Skilled in Account-Based Marketing.
• Proficient in traditional and digital, content, and social media marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Maintain quality across digital platforms.
• Forge strong relationships with sales and align on targets.
• Relevant Visa without travel restriction. There will most likely be travel to London or New York at times.
• Be based in Dublin or London.
