Utility Technician

Our client, one of the worlds best in class brands in there category are looking for a Utility Technician to join there team. They are based 25 mins north or Dublin airport.

This position holds significant responsibility in maintaining, diagnosing issues, and managing facility compliance for crucial utility systems such as HVAC, purified water systems, reverse osmosis water systems, chillers, and boilers.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in guaranteeing the reliability, adherence to regulations, and peak functionality of their facility’s indispensable utilities.

Requirements:

• Preference will be given to candidates with specialised training in HVAC or related fields.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, purified water systems, RO water systems, chillers, and boilers, with a focus on meeting regulatory requirements.
• Possession of relevant certifications, such as those in HVAC, is advantageous.
• Thorough comprehension of utility systems and their components within a regulated setting.
• Proficiency in deciphering technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance and regulatory adherence.
• Dedication to adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
