Role Overview:
Lead sales efforts targeting asset management, driving revenue growth and market expansion in financial services hubs worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Spearhead sales activities for asset management products.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and surpass quarterly revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Engage with global asset management stakeholders to seize market opportunities.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, fostering brand presence and key relationships.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products for effective sales pitches.
- Industry Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of funds industry and regulatory landscape.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitors to adapt sales strategies.
- Reporting: Monitor, report, and forecast key sales metrics to leadership.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years sales experience, 5 in asset management leadership.
- Proven track record of revenue growth in asset management.
- Strong global asset management network.
- Exceptional leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments preferred.
- Background in financial services audit a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
