Role: Senior Supply Chain Analyst (SAP)

About our Client:

Azon are thrilled to be partnered with an internationally renowned pharmaceutical company in North Dublin for the recruitment of an on-site Senior Supply Chain Analyst (SAP). The successful candidate for this exciting role will have the opportunity to develop SAP initiatives, devise new ASAP documentation and work-flows to enhance business performance and customer experience all whilst overseeing and fixing SAP problems using an analytical problem-solving approach. Location: North Dublin.

About the Role:

  • Have expertise in SAP/OTC/PTS/SD.
  • Drive SAP improvement initiatives, design new SAP forms and work-flows to improve business process and user experience.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills in SAP related issues and have experience in determination of root cause and implementation of corrective actions.
  • To act as a liaison between the company and IT to ensure the companies requirements are effectively communicated to both technical and non-technical partners.
  • Formulate and implement new initiatives for proactive checks on business-critical SAP fields to avoid delays and ensure a smooth financial, physical, and transactional flow of material through the company’s pipeline.
  • Process supply/demand signals from RR in SAP through PO and SO creation.
  • Designing of Inbound Delivery (IBD) and Post Goods Issues (PGI) in SAP GEP.

About the Person:

  • +7 experiences with SAP SCM, specifically with SD, OTC, and PTS.
  • Good understanding of supply chain management processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in designing WRICEF functional specifications.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA Simplifications and Enhancements.
  • Experience with advance planning systems (knowledge of Rapid Response would be an advantage).
  • An understanding of complicated and sophisticated supply chains is preferred.
