Azon has partnered exclusively with a Private Equity firm specialising in groundbreaking ventures across Ireland, Europe, and the US. As a result of ongoing expansion, they are seeking a Senior Investment Associate to join their team on a permanent basis. This presents an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with industry experts, analysing investment prospects and executing on transactions to expand their portfolio.
The role is ideal for commercially-focused finance professionals, keen to gain investment exposure within an inclusive and entrepreneurial environment.
The Senior Investment Associate will conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint specific opportunities, evaluate crucial risks, and formulate strategies to minimise them. They will be responsible for preparing and/or evaluating operational and financial models, as well as crafting written and verbal presentations. These efforts will facilitate well-informed investment decisions and enhance the probability of success.
Requirements:
- Professional finance qualification e.g. ACA/ACCA/CFA
- Circa 5+ years of commercial finance experience coming from Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Audit, Advisory or FP&A
- Financial modelling skills a plus
- The ability to understand and analyse financial statements
- Strong communication and presentation skills
