Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business from initial lead identification to finalising sales.
- Foster existing client relationships, focusing on expansion through exceptional customer service and promoting additional products and services.
- Cultivate and uphold a thorough technical understanding of our product and service portfolio to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Engage with the NSP team to contribute to company marketing initiatives.
- Establish and sustain a robust sales pipeline while ensuring comprehensive CRM updates.
- Provide regular sales progress updates to the Managing Director and attend scheduled meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Must have: 1 year’s experience working in a lab setting
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience.
- Preferably experienced in lab equipment, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Dedication to delivering top-tier client support and service.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Proven problem-solving skills and adept at managing multiple clients and opportunities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to excel independently and within a team.
- Possession of a valid clean driving license.
