Role Overview:

Our client is currently seeking a dynamic Sales Negotiator to join a thriving team at a well-established and highly reputable independent estate agency. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator who is eager to contribute to a successful office environment, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, motivated to advance their career, and maximize their earning potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively cultivate and expand a robust pipeline of both new and repeat business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a driven and focused approach to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Conduct property viewings and effectively manage communications with potential buyers.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.
  • Stay attuned of market trends and property values, providing valuable insights to clients.
  • Actively develop new business opportunities through building relationships, networking, and marketing activities to enhance the brand and reputation in your area to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience as a Sales Negotiator.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Outstanding communication abilities in both written and verbal forms.
  • Exceptional personal presentation.
  • Demonstrated qualities of being driven, motivated, and ambitious.
  • Strong negotiating and reasoning skills.
  • Strong in customer service skills.
  • Polite, approachable, friendly demeanour with a customer-focused attitude.
