Come join our client build the future. Azon is happy to collaborate with one of its client which specialises in design, Manufacture and installation of innovating building structures. Our client is looking for Quality Manager to work in either Galway or Sligo. Our client operate in a range of market sectors including residential, commercial, Hotel, and Educational. They also have an extensive range of reference projects in each area.

  • Promote prominent levels of awareness and compliance with the VB Quality Management processes
  • Lead on the development and maintenance of the QMS inline with ISO9001, BOPAS, EN1090 and NSAI Agrement Certs.
  • Coordinate and drive the integration of common processes and activities, considering non Quality Standards such as ISO14001, ISO20400 and ISO 45001.
  • Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organisation
  • Set QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved
  • Maintain awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues
  • Assess suppliers’ and own company’s product specifications and customer requirements
  • Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
  • Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen quality challenges.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure that construction activities align with approved plans and specifications.

Basic Requirement:

  • At least 5 years experience in the implementation and development of QMS, preferably in manufacturing assembly or construction assembly.
  • Demonstrated experience of quality management from cradle to grave of a product/service.
