Procure to Pay Commercial Administrator

Azon Recruitment group is delighted to partner with Irelands leading builder and contractor to recruit for a Procurement to Pay Commercial Administrator, based in their Galway. into the Business Unit Commercial Director. Reporting into the Business Unit Commercial Director the successful candidate will overseeing the Procure to Pay (P2P) process for the Regional Business Unit

Location: Galway, Based in the office, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Managing goods requisitioning across multiple sites.
• Reviewing aged creditors listings to address issues in the P2P process at the Goods Received Note (GRN)/Order stage.
• Collaborating with stakeholders in the P2P cycle, including site teams, procurement, and finance.
• Contributing to the implementation of P2P system enhancements and new technologies.
• Actively participating in the ongoing improvement of the P2P process.
• Supporting general commercial administration tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, involving interaction with procurement, supply chain, and/or finance.
• Previous exposure to Construction/Engineering environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency of at least 2 years with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Coins software is desirable but not obligatory.
• Flexible and proactive individual with a hands-on approach to management and problem-solving.
• Candidates must currently reside in Ireland and meet the stated criteria.
