Azon Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading diagnostic testing kit provider in the search for a contract skilled Process Machine Operator.

Under the supervision of the Assembly Team Lead, the successful candidates will play a vital role in the automation process of the Lateral Flow production line.

Location: Wicklow
Shifts: 24-hour operation, rotating between days, evenings, and nights.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and monitor machines for optimal performance during each shift.
  • Maintain tracking documents for machine performance, batch yield, and wastage.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues following established procedures.
  • Ensure machines are within calibration/maintenance dates, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Conduct periodic checks to guarantee the production of quality products.
  • Report machine issues to the Team Lead and maintenance department.
  • Keep stocks of necessary materials available.
  • Ensure machines adhere to GMP standards.
  • Assist in developing procedures for machine operation.
  • Assemble and pouch products following SOPs accurately and efficiently.
  • Complete documentation accurately and proofread before submission.

Requirements:

  • Preferably three (3) years of industrial experience in diagnostic production.
  • Understanding of production operations, quality control, and GMP/GLP requirements.
  • Attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and ability to work impartially in a team dynamic.
  • Machine knowledge and experience with an interest in learning and troubleshooting.
