Nurse Advisor 12 Month FTC

Azon Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a phenomenal client to recruit for a community Nurse. The role of the community Nurse is to work in collaboration and continuous partnership with all relevant stakeholders to help transform the way patients experience medical treatments in the community. The community Nurse will act as an ambassador for the company by providing the best possible care & support for all of their patients.

They have multiple programmes to cover- patient education, phlebotomy and dressings, administering medication.

Responsibilities

• Implement compliant coordination & route planning of all assignments as per company protocol
• Engage in non-promotional administration and/or education of therapy to patients in a hospital and/or community setting
• Ensure the provision of a continuous high level of holistic care
• Ensure all nursing records are kept up to date and all relevant information is recorded in a timely & accurate manner
• Participate with the implementation of training for new and existing employees as & when required
• Ensure ongoing review & management of the required stock inventory
• Acknowledge & understand when escalation is required

Qualifications & Experience:

• An Bord Altranais Nursing Registration essential.
• 3+ years post registration experience in an acute hospital or community setting
• Good Knowledge of Cannulation & Phlebotomy
• Have a strong interest in Community Nursing
• Full clean driver’s licence
• Willingness to travel domestically
• Relevant Visa

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary – €43-46,000
• 3 x 13hr shifts per week – 39 Hours
