Our Client:
Azon are delighted to be partnering with one of the longest established estate agents in Ireland to assist them in hiring a Lettings Administrator based in Dublin City Centre.

The role requires working closely with the lettings team and lettings administration team but will also require the candidate to work independently with an ability to adapt and be reactive in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have at least two year’s experience working in a property administration-related role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lettings department in creating and updating administrative documents and facilitating the lettings processes.
  • Ensure the smooth progression of tenancy applications and agreements, promptly identifying and addressing any potential issues.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to lettings inquiries and viewing requests.
  • Manage the Outlook Calendar for scheduling viewings efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls, take precise messages, and address general inquiries, highlighting urgent matters.
  • Record and organise lettings inquiries accurately.
  • Prepare and organise reports and statistical data.
  • Edit documents, perform typing, copying, scanning, and printing tasks as needed.
  • Handle RTB registration processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient verbal and written English skills are a must.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative position is required.
  • Demonstrated ability in effective time management, prioritisation, and multitasking.
  • Adherence to strict confidentiality protocols is vital.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail are indispensable.
  • Essential proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) and Outlook, coupled with precise typing skills.
  • Comfort and assertiveness in interpersonal communication, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Eagerness to learn and proactively contribute to enhancing office work flows through innovative approaches.
