The Role: Investment Associate

Location: Dublin City Centre

The Role: An opportunity has arisen for an Investment Associate to join their Investment team in the Dublin office in a full-life investment cycle role.

Responsibilities:

* Work with the investment team in every aspect of the venture, support and manage process for investment life cycle.

* Perform detailed analysis to evaluate, manage and monitor risk of the portfolio.

* Design and develop financial models.

Qualifications:

* 4-5 years experience in investment management/corporate finance, ideally within real estate.

* Excellent professional and academic track record

* Strong Excel and modelling skills including the ability to develop efficient Excel templates and financial models from scratch.
