About the role

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to define, prioritize, monitor, and execute projects in alignment with business objectives.
  • Efficiently plan project management, including task prioritization, deadline setting, and team assignment.
  • Develop comprehensive project charters, plans, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Oversee project development, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficient task execution.
  • Lead strategic projects related to supply chain flow change management, network optimization, and divestiture programs.
  • Streamline project processes across departments to optimize efficiency and ensure timely completion.
  • Analyze financial data, including budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Define and enhance project management policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate project performance against standards, budgets, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver project management training programs for end users.

About the person

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in Supply Chain or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field; relevant Project Management certifications required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a supply chain environment.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation formats.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suites and project management tools.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational and technical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
