Azon Recruitment is thrilled to support a leading independent equity investor based in Dublin city centre to recruit for a Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors and callers at the office.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday to Friday 8.30am-16:30pm

Previous experience in a Front Desk role is preferred but not mandatory, and occasional travel may be necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist both internal and external guests, guiding them to meeting areas and alerting hosts as necessary.
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for office inquiries
  • Coordinate catering and food arrangements as required.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and associated amenities, including video conferencing setups.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in operational and social areas, including setting up and clearing meeting spaces.
  • Direct incoming calls through the company switchboard along with handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Collaborate with IT support for troubleshooting and maintaining technology.
  • Coordinate visitor parking and manage access passes for staff, visitors, and contractors.
  • Coordinate catering and food arrangements as required.
  • Ensure adequate supplies for bars, kitchens, and meeting rooms whilst Providing beverage services, including full barista offerings (training provided if needed).
  • Handle corporate card expenses and reimbursements.
  • Assist with printing, binding, laminating, and office stationery needs.
  • Address office maintenance and facility issues, liaising with central Operations or contractors as needed.
  • Organise internal and external events in the social area, including preparation, resourcing, and catering arrangements.
  • Coordinate photography sessions for new hires.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and support office initiatives.
