Fixed Income Expert – Private Family Office

Company Overview: Our client is a distinguished and privately held family office located in Dublin. They are looking to hire an experienced Fixed Income Expert to assist in managing their fixed income portfolios.

Position Overview: As a Fixed Income Expert in a Private Family Office, you will be a key player in designing and implementing fixed income investment strategies tailored to the unique needs of our clients. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of fixed income markets, a proven track record in portfolio management, and the ability to provide thoughtful insights that align with the financial goals of the company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Portfolio Management:

    • Design, implement, and actively manage fixed income investment strategies.
    • Conduct thorough research and analysis of fixed income securities to identify opportunities aligned with company objectives.
    • Monitor portfolio performance, making timely adjustments based on market conditions and company preferences.
  2. Risk Management:

    • Assess and manage risks associated with fixed income portfolios, ensuring alignment with risk tolerance and objectives.
    • Implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard and optimize client wealth.
  3. Market Expertise:

    • Stay informed about global economic trends and developments in fixed income markets.
    • Provide market insights to internal stakeholders and clients, contributing to the development of a comprehensive investment strategy.
  4. Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all fixed income portfolio management activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  2. CFA designation is highly desirable.
  3. Proven experience in fixed income portfolio management with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
  4. Familiarity with the unique considerations of managing fixed income portfolios for high-net-worth individuals.
  5. Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
