Finishing Foreman (Developer) - North Dublin

My client is a hugely successful Developer who are going through massive of growth and due to this, they are seeking a Finishing Foreman to join their team on a long term Project in North Dublin.

Duties:

• Responsible for supervising and managing the final stages of construction projects
• Ensuring all finishing work is executed to the highest standards
• Deliver a polished and quality end product while maintaining safety and client satisfaction
• Oversee and coordinate all finishing aspects of the construction project, both interior and exterior.
• Ensure finishing work aligns with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage and schedule subcontractors and tradespeople involved in finishing work.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and promptly address defects or deficiencies.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and daily activities.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Relevant construction qualification or Trade background
• A valid driver’s license.
