FINANCE ANALYST
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a renowned property developer looking to add a Finance Analyst to their high performing team. The firm was set up 10 years ago and has seen significant growth since, their goal is to continue to increase living standards across Ireland and build affordable housing.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- You will be conducting Financial Modelling Analysis.
- You act a main point of contact between key stakeholders.
- You will be working across multiple finance projects.
- You will be involved with the oversight of new developments.
- You will be delivering presentations to the wider team.
WHO YOU ARE
- You will have 1-4 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Real Estate Finance, Banking or a similar industry.
- You will have a relevant college degree (Business, Economics, Accounting etc.)
- You will have strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- You will have experience with Excel Modelling.
- You will have a keen interest in the Real Estate sector.
- You will have strong communication, numerical, analytical and presentation skills.
