Azon Recruitment Group are working with their client, an International Client Partner that specialise in Mechanical. Electrical, Civil, Structural and Architectural construction of large scale Data Centres.
Together we are searching for a CSA Construction specialist to lead a team on a new project in Sweden.

Oversee coordination of various work, Civil, Structural and Architectural packages within the project.

Guide and assist team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Collaborate with Project Manager and Safety Team to uphold site safety standards.

Foster a culture emphasising Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental concerns within the team.

Plan and oversee procurement, design, engineering, and installation processes for assigned works.

Assist in drafting ‘Scope of Work’ documents and subcontract packages.

Review client designs for compliance with standards and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain project schedule in coordination with relevant teams and subcontractors.

Coordinate with design team to ensure timely information flow aligned with construction schedule.

Supervise subcontractor activities and monitor progress against schedule.

Conduct regular progress meetings with supply chain members.

Ensure proper documentation maintenance and organisation.

Attend various project-related meetings and support project close-out activities.

Utilise problem-solving skills to address design and site challenges.

Provide regular reports to project management team.

Participate in commercial meetings to address variations and client changes.

Review drawings and setting-out information.

Ensure integration of builders works drawings with MEP services as necessary.
Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in construction site coordination.

Proficient in managing and completing construction work packages.

Ability to oversee project while handling technical aspects.

Experience in scheduling, programming, and forecasting.

Demonstrated capability in managing internal construction teams.

Track record of delivering large-scale projects.
