This is an important role in a leading international UCITS ManCo. You will contribute and support the execution and development of the Risk Management and Compliance frameworks, reporting directly into the CEO and acting as an advisor to the Board and the wider group. Opportunity to work within a small team, closely supporting the Head of Compliance.

* Advise and monitor regulatory reporting and compliance with relevant policies and procedures by the Company and its delegates and service providers
* Support the oversight and delivery of timely and accurate European regulatory reporting including EMIR, SFTR, MMFR and UCITS risk reporting.
* Monitor regulatory change in respect of regulatory reporting
* Ensure that correspondence and engagements with regulatory bodies is managed
* Support on day-to-day matters relating to the Company’s compliance with relevant regulations and legislation in Europe primarily in Ireland and Luxembourg such as investment fund compliance, AML/CTF and FS compliance and the oversight of outsourced service providers.
* Assist and participate in the delivery and maintenance of the Risk Framework
* Provide support to the DP for Fund Risk Management
* Assist in the delivery of the Compliance Plan and Compliance Monitoring Programme.
* Assist in the development and provision of compliance training
* Assist the monitoring, assessment and implementation of local, European and international regulatory developments
* As Deputy MLRO, support the MLRO for the Company and its funds under management
* Contribute to the learning and understanding of sustainable finance / ESG measures

You will likely have 5 – 7 years relevant compliance/regulatory reporting experience in Financial Services and/or consulting. Funds experience/similar experience in a ManCo would be an advantage. Exposure to Lux domiciled Funds.

Experience of some or all of MiFID/ MiFIR, UCITS, AIFMD, EMIR and other regulatory reporting requirements essential. Post grad/Professional qualifications in Funds/Asset Management or relevant is also beneficial.

You will join a team of 9 with a democratic management style, gain great experience working closely with the HoC and the working model is 4 days in the office, 1 day at home (typically Friday). Salary is DOE , annual leave is 25 days. Pension at 9%, VHI company plan, income protection, life assurance and discretionary bonus applies.
