Joining this award-winning Fintech provides a chance to play a pivotal role in onboarding clients, acting as the primary contact and facilitating effective communication between clients and the product team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- You will be responsible for onboarding clients onto our platform,
- You will be managing client relationships, resolving inquiries, providing training, testing new modules, and collaborating with product and sales teams for continuous improvement.
- You will be provided onsite training to our clients.
- This role encourages engagement with a diverse, globally distributed team, fostering collaboration across various internal teams, and offering avenues for career growth.
ABOUT YOU:
- 2+ years of experience in the Funds Industry, including Fund Admin and NAV experience, and a solid understanding of reconciliation processes.
- Strong operational knowledge, a client-focused approach, organizational skills, adaptability, and a keen interest in process improvement and automation are essential.
- Strong interest in technology and strong I.T skills are an advantage.
