ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Azon is delighted to be partnered with a leading global Corporate Service provider with the hiring of a Client Director to join their team in Dublin 4.

As the Client Director, reporting to the Head of Corporate and Legal Solutions, you are responsible for the legal, corporate, and administrative affairs of client companies within the portfolio. Your role involves ensuring compliance, fostering relationships, and driving business development.

This is a permanent, hybrid position and the role offers a highly competitive compensation package.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Manage general legal and fiscal aspects of client companies, overseeing processes such as incorporation, liquidation, migration, and closure.
• Act as a Director on the boards of client companies, communicating with clients and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Cultivate relations with existing clients and intermediaries, identifying commercial opportunities, and contributing to increased revenues.
• Coordinate timely reporting of legal issues through incident reports, ensuring high-quality client files in compliance with local procedures.
• Adhere to KYC and Compliance processes, conducting periodic reviews of client files, and actively monitoring transactions in accordance with the Transaction Monitoring process.
• Ad hoc duties as and when required.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• Minimum 8 years in company secretarial/client relationship management.
• Ready for a fast-paced and demanding role, delivering to strict deadlines.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities effectively, and work both independently and as part of a small team.
• University degree preferably in Business or Law and ICSA qualification are beneficial
