Azon are delighted to be partnering with a leading global advisory firm to assist them in hiring two Claims Service Advisors to join their team based in Dublin 4.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Manage client claims with precision, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, insurers, and loss adjusters.
- Implement and uphold claims handling protocols, contributing to operational efficiency.
- Contribute to impactful project work while maintaining a meticulous approach to claims data.
- Adhoc duties as and when required.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- CIP qualification highly regarded.
- Minimum 5 years of claims experience with a focus on delivering top-tier client service.
- Proven claims experience within an Insurance Broker, Insurer, or Loss Adjuster environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various insurance products.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
