The Role:
Are you ready to transcend the typical data analyst role and become a Business Insight Champion? We’re looking for individuals who can bridge the gap between data products and client needs. Your mission is to not just analyze numbers but to unlock actionable insights that drive client engagement and inform strategic decisions.

What You’ll Do:
As a Client Engagement Analyst, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service. From managing client relationships to providing in-depth product demonstrations, you’ll play a pivotal role in showcasing the value of our offerings. Collaborating closely with the Business Development team, you’ll equip them with the insights they need to succeed. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to represent us at industry events, strengthening our presence in the market.

What We Need From You:

  • Cultivate enduring client relationships, keeping them informed about product updates and managing their needs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client queries, offering insightful responses and collaborating with internal teams for deeper analyses.
  • Join sales demos to showcase our products to potential clients.
  • Skillfully organize and present complex data packs for client trials.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our product and the broader industry landscape.
  • Participate in select industry events to represent our brand.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Business or Finance, coupled with a knack for applying data insights in a business context.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
  • At least 2 years of experience in consultancy or client services.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events (1-2 times yearly)
  • A naturally curious mindset.
