About the Job:

• You’ll lead in creating top-tier proposal documents, expertly coordinating and crafting content that resonates with clients.
• Elevate technical content to ensure it’s persuasive, client-centric, and aligned with corporate brand guidelines.
• Review tender requirements to craft compelling responses that align with the company values, vision, and culture.
• Collaborate with our technical experts to tailor bespoke responses for tender requests, covering diverse areas such as construction methodologies, innovation, digital project delivery, HSE, diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and more.
• Cultivate the company’s database of case studies, templates, and CVs to bolster our bid strategies.

About the Person:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism serves as a strong foundation.
• experience in construction/engineering is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite is a must, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage.
