VICE PRESIDENT – CLIENT INTEGRATION

ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Azon are delighted to be partnering with a Globally Renowned Fund Services company who are based in the IFSC. The company is rapidly expanding and is a global leader in the Alternative Fund Administration space.

WHY THIS ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity which sits on the Client Integration team, which is responsible for the successful delivery of projects across the business globally. This is a client facing role which would be a great fit for someone looking to move away from Operations.

WHAT IS THE COMPANY KNOWN FOR
Our client is one of the fastest growing Fund Services companies in Dublin, with ambitious plans for further growth in 2023. Operating an hybrid model, employees work from home 3 days a week.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • You will own new client and existing client product launches/conversions,
  • You will operate as a contact point for clients; able to respond to and resolve queries or escalate where necessary.
  • You will coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs and they capture any unique sets of requirements
  • You will coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project scope is documented, agreed and completed at planning phases
  • You will be key member of Global Client Integration team and contribute to PMO responsibilities including staffing, regional project tracking and department projects

ABOUT THE PERSON:

  • Investran / Yardi experience preferable
  • 7+ years+ Funds experience
  • ACCA / ACA Qualification is an advantage
