Title – Valuations Analyst/Assistant
Location – Dublin
Salary – €30,000 – €40,000 per annum + bonus

Our Client:

Azon are working with one of Ireland’s largest Multi National Commercial Agencies. They have multiple offices around the country and are now growing their Galway teams Valuation & Advisory team. This team is seen as the market leaders in their space and the successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with blue chip international businesses


They are seeking a talented, self-starting individual to help streamline the valuation process, provide accurate administrative support and assist with valuation engagements. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional working environment, with an interest in commercial real estate:


* Preparing, researching and drafting of reports for specific commercial property valuations;
* Working with the Team on valuation engagements on all types of commercial property & land;
* Develop & maintain strong relationships with current clients;
* Liaising with the client and other colleagues in the business
* Produce valuation reports on time and with accuracy.
* Take an active role in undertaking and recording research for the team, including maintaining a database containing
key valuation information;


* Third level qualification is desirable
* Minimum two year’s experience in a professional, service environment
* Experience in report writing is essential
* Good IT desktop skills; intermediate/advanced excel
* Experience/knowledge/understanding of the property/real estate industry, would be advantageous
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Good verbal & written communication skills
* Emphasis on quality, accuracy and attention to detail
* An appreciation of controls and processes;
* Places a priority on developing own knowledge and skills
