Technical Business Analyst

We have partnered with a well know Irish entity to recruit a Technical Business Analyst for a multi-year digital transformation project they are undertaking.

This is a 12-month agency contract.

Core to this programme is the deployment of the Salesforce CRM platform. You will work closely with several stakeholders to successfully deliver the migration phase from the legacy system to the new CRM platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the SME for the data model, data dictionary, and documented business logic and rules
  • Optimizing UI and UX on the new platform
  • Building data views, running data queries, and developing middleware packages
  • Executing data migration

You will have:

  • 3rd level qualification in data analytics/ computer science
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data/ Technical Analyst, where 2+ years should be with successful data migration projects
  • Strong experience in technical writing, and application of middleware software
  • It is desirable if you have experience implementing cloud-based CRM solutions
