Team Administrator required for small corporate firm based near Dublin City Centre.
Initial 6 month contract with a potential for extension / permanency
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years administration experience and have Dictaphone typing skills and excellent excel skills
Working with a small, friendly team this work will include general administration supporting the team but with a particular focus on:
- Dictaphone typing and transcribing changes onto excel spreadsheets so excellent skills in both required
- Dealing with legal and numeric documentation so excellent formatting and numerical skills required with excellent attention to detail
- Reception cover, relaying telephone and email messages in a timely, professional manner
- Ad hoc duties as requested by team
