In a world post covid-19, there are going to be industries that people want to be a part of, and one of them is Med-Tech. You have an opportunity to lead a development team made up of software engineers and QA’s who are building a health informatics product on a global scale.
In this Limerick based role, you will be working in a truly multi-cultural environment where the stand-out values are Altruism and Innovation. If you care about doing the right thing, and you think about how to fix the world’s problems rather than moan about them then you will thrive here.
The experience you need?
- Team management – ideally 5+ years in managing agile development teams
- C# expertise – while you may not be required to write code, you are leading a team of highly skilled .net and angular software engineers, so you need to know what you’re talking about.
Some of the unique benefits:
- Pension – 9.75% employer contribution
- Stock options – employee share scheme
What else do you need to know?
This will be a 3-stage interview process. At this point, it’s going to be done virtually with remote on-boarding for the successful person.
This company have reached their quota of non-EU staff members (remember I said they are multi-cultural) which unfortunately means only EU citizens or Stamp 4 visa holders can be considered.
Please note: If you are an EU/EEA national, you will be asked to show proof of right to work e.g. showing your employer a copy of your passport.
If you are a non-EU/EEA national, you will require current and valid permission to work and reside in the EU/EEA. Information on legislation and guides to the procedures in relation to obtaining Green Card Permits, Work Permits, Spousal/Dependent Permits is available on the Department of Jobs, Enterprise, and Innovation website.
