Role: Senior Supply Chain Planner

Client: Our client is a well-established medical device company who are committed to improving the lives of patients. This company has been contributing to this goal for almost a century and works on a large catalogue of a wide range of products.

Location: Clare (flexible with WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a point of contact for your region of the business on all supply chain related matters.

• Manage projects and monitor progress in relation to goals and objectives.

• Have good knowledge of the product portfolio and regional markets requirements.

• Responsible for coordination of inbound and outbound supply and distribution flows into different MRP areas.

• Lead weekly Supply Chain Meetings for different regions

• Analyse the supply chain and identify any issues, determine root causes and lead improvement initiatives and supplier improvement action plans.

Key Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field ie. Supply Chain, Engineering or Business.

• ERP (SAP & JDE modules PP/MM) and APS (SAP-IBP) systems experience with a strong understanding of MRP/ERP fundamentals and processes.

• Knowledge of Lean Supply Chain management tools and concepts and MS applications.

• Background in medical device industry advantageous.
