This Company has a turnover in excess of €400m and has a excellent reputation for how they treat their subbies, suppliers and employees.
This is a new and permanent role reporting directly into the Commercial Director and working at a senior level within a wider department. You will be managing a team of intermediate and junior QSs.
This position has arose due to the success of the estimating department and the strong order book the company has for the foreseeable future.
You will be given real responsibility and the tools to progress as you grow and develop with the company while being fully supported along the way.
Continuous Professional Development is encouraged and you will be fully supported in your journey towards Chartership.
You will take full control of a project value which is in the region of €75 million upwards Your role will include stakeholder facing (client, design team, subcontractor) right through to valuations and final accounts working in accordance with the company procedures.
You will be coming from a main contractor background and have a Degree in Construction Economics/Quantity Surveying at a minimum.
You will likely have 7+ years of experience in the above responsibilities, however quality of experience is most important.
Salary: €90,000 + attractive package.
