The Role: Senior Manager – Financial and Regulatory Reporting

The Company:

• Our client is a Global Bank with their primary Fund Administration business based out of their Dublin office. They offer a full suite of services across Private Equity, Hedge and Mutual Funds.

The Responsibilities:

• You will lead assigned financial and regulatory reporting engagements including planning, budgeting, client relationship management and delegation to staff.
• You will lead a team of Financial and Regulatory Reporting staff, ensuring their work is produced accurately and to high standards. Ensure that the work is allocated appropriately and reviewed thoroughly.
• Attend pitches to potential new clients, due diligence meetings, board/client meetings.
• You will establish staff goals, prepare performance evaluations, direct individual and group staff meetings.
• You will develop strong relationships with internal parties, clients and audit firm personnel.

The Candidate:

• You have a minimum of three years experience in funds.
• Accounting Qualification
• Previous people management experience
• You have strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements for fun
