Our client is a global MedTech company with multiple sites in Ireland.
Due to new acquisitions and huge new business wins, they are now building a brand new Tech team here in Ireland.
One of the roles they are recruiting for is an Electronics Engineer, who will be responsible for developing electronic interfaces with mechanical systems, encompassing hardware and embedded systems.
- You’ll craft design packages and documentation, adhering to engineering processes and standards.
- Collaborating closely with Product Development Engineers, you’ll design and enhance electromechanical products.
- Providing mentorship, you’ll guide junior engineers in hardware, software, and system design, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project completion.
- Your role involves interpreting customer requirements, generating schematics, BOMs, and PCB layouts.
- Proficiency in embedded systems languages like C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Swing, or Python is essential.
- Requirements include a minimum of 5 years’ electronics experience, resource planning skills, and expertise in linear and switching power supplies design. A commitment to continuous improvement, along with experience in ARM, MSP430, PIC, or similar microcontrollers, and PCB design proficiency, rounds out the qualifications for this dynamic role.
