The client is looking for a full-time, Chartered Senior Building Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work in this Practice of Chartered Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Health & Safety Consultants with the main focus of the role being Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations, Statutory Compliance Matters and Project Management.
The successful candidate should have 6+ years Commercial Building Surveying experience and should be willing to work as part of a successful team in a small, well-established and growing practice. The successful candidate should be able to offer guidance to more junior members of the team when necessary.
The role will suit an ambitious and enthusiastic individual wishing to advance their career. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as an all-round ability to deliver high quality work to our diverse and valued Client base.
Qualifications, skills & experience:
- Member of SCSI or RICS
- BSc. (Hons) Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent
- 6+ years of relevant Commercial Building Surveying experience
- Proficient IT skills, including AutoCAD, Word and Excel
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Clean driving licence
The preferred candidate will be self-motivated, efficient, and have the ability to manage their own workload. They should be commercially aware, diligent, personable and have a flexible approach to work.
