Job Description
Within the corporate services department, this position involves managing a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring impeccable client service and timely delivery of accurate information. The successful candidate will oversee multiple client relationships and may provide review assistance for work conducted by others.

Responsibilities may encompass, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Cultivate and nurture client relationships to maintain high service standards consistently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and Executive Management, offering support and information.
  • Engage closely with new clients, ensuring smooth operational processes.
  • Undertake or supervise corporate secretarial duties for clients:
  • Foster relationships with fund stakeholders.
  • Maintain corporate records and minute books.
  • Organise board, board committee, and shareholder meetings, including preparatory material and subsequent minutes.
  • Aid in changes to fund boards, service providers, etc., and associated notifications and documentation.
  • Ensure board authorisation for fund actions and agreements.
  • Draft resolutions as needed.
  • Liaise with registered offices for required filings and monitor necessary registrations with governmental agencies.
  • Assist in opening bank accounts and related documentation.
  • Facilitate relationships with service providers for client funds.
  • Aid in the liquidation process of funds ceasing operations.

Experience and Qualifications
We welcome applications from candidates possessing the following qualifications and competencies:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Law or Legal Theory, though other fields will be considered).
  • Advantageous to hold ICSA qualification or be part-qualified.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Relevant work experience, particularly in a funds environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
